What makes us different?
You probably have heard of “stress management” programs. You may have even invested in them before.
Or maybe you think other training programs take care of the stress in your organization. Employees with higher EQ can relate better, decreasing office conflict. Leaders who communicate more effectively smooth the workflow, lowering stress levels.
The truth is that when employees are chronically stressed, it doesn’t matter what training they go to or how many they attend, they will only serve as a temporary band-aid, “managing” stress in the short term.
We believe stress is the nemesis of engagement. A disengaged workforce saps productivity while at work and uses sick time to stay away from work.
When stress is eliminated, employees are receptive and able to creatively problem solve on their own. Without the stress, employees can mindfully engage their job and be more effective, thus saving the company money.
A person who is a master in the art of living makes little distinction between their work and their play, their labor and their leisure, their mind and their body, their education and their recreation, their love and their religion. They hardly know which is which and simply pursue their vision of excellence and grace whatever they do, leaving others to decide whether they are working or playing. To them they are always doing both.
