Feel the lightness!
Through meditation, we learn how to simply be with ourselves and whatever that means at any given moment. If we are experiencing strong emotions, we feel them fully; if we are thinking rampant thoughts, we just notice; if we are experiencing any difficulty, we just sit with it, and know that it’s ok. And we do this in a gentle and non-aggressive way, opening to whatever is happening all around and inside of us.
